Kerim Čutuna to host opening of 32nd Sarajevo Film Festival

Bosnian actor Kerim Čutuna has been selected as the master of ceremonies for the opening of the 32nd Sarajevo Film Festival. The festival will take place in Sarajevo from 14 to 21 August 2026 and is regarded as the most important cultural event in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Čutuna said, "It is an indescribable feeling to experience something you once only dreamed about" and expressed enthusiasm for the festival atmosphere.

Čutuna, a graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo, has appeared in a number of regional film and television productions such as "A Life’s Worth", "Tabija", "Deset u pola" and "Frust". He also writes and performs the autobiographical monodrama "Nebitno" and creates digital content.

The 32nd edition of the Sarajevo Film Festival will showcase regional and international cinema, with the opening ceremony now slated to be led by Čutuna.
