Kermanshah Governor emphasizes national unity and defense capabilities

Kermanshah Governor Manouchehr Habibi emphasized the importance of national unity in neutralizing enemy conspiracies during a ceremony in Qasr-e Shirin. He noted that the continuous presence of citizens in streets and squares demonstrates solidarity and commitment to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution.

Habibi highlighted Iran’s strategic role in regional developments, noting that regional equations cannot be analyzed without considering the country’s political, geographical, and defensive capacities. He specifically cited Iran’s missile and drone capabilities, including the Sejjil, Khorramshahr, Emad, Kheibar Shekan, and Fattah missiles, as key components of the nation’s defense and deterrence.

Addressing regional security, the governor stated that any hostile action against the Islamic Republic would face a proportional response. He also touched upon the strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz for global energy and shipping security, asserting that regional stability must be maintained by respecting the interests and rights of all neighboring countries.
