Kerstin Griese Hosts Series of High‑Profile Guests Across North Rhine‑Westphalia in 2026

German Bundestag member Kerstin Griese continues her popular discussion series in the North Rhine‑Westphalia region throughout 2026. Six high‑profile guests are scheduled, covering topics from inclusive finance to church‑state cooperation and anti‑racism.

The first session on 29 April features Green Party NRW parliamentarian and rap‑artist Dennis Sonne in Heiligenhaus. On 11 May, SPD parliamentary group vice‑chair Wiebke Esdar will discuss fair taxes and solid public finances in Ratingen. The series continues on 3 June with EKD bishop Kirsten Fehrs in Velbert, focusing on the joint responsibility of church and politics for democracy. Rassism researcher Lorenz Narku Laing appears on 16 September in Ratingen to address racism and social cohesion. Former health minister Karl Lauterbach joins on 27 October in Velbert to promote scientific innovation. The final conversation on 16 November brings SPD MP Sebastian Fiedler to discuss public safety and infrastructure protection.
