Kestra Medical Technologies appoints Curtis Kopf as SVP of Customer Experience

Kestra Medical Technologies, Ltd. has appointed Curtis Kopf as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. This is a newly created role designed to oversee the entire patient journey, from the initial approval of a patient order through the completion of therapy and the eventual return of devices.

Kopf will focus on aligning people, processes, and technology to support both healthcare providers and patients using the ASSURE WCD and the broader Cardiac Recovery System platform. He previously held leadership positions at Insulet Corporation and REI, where he specialized in digital transformation, customer service, and large-scale service operations.
