Keurig Dr Pepper Beats Q2 Estimates and Keeps 2026 Outlook

Keurig Dr Pepper reported second‑quarter earnings of $0.57 earnings per share, topping the consensus estimate of $0.54. Net sales rose 75.6% year‑over‑year to $7.31 billion, beating analysts’ expectations of about $7.24 billion. The U.S. Refreshment Beverages division, the company’s primary growth engine, increased 10% on strong demand for Dr Pepper, Ghost energy drinks and Electrolit hydration products. By contrast, U.S. coffee sales fell 3.2% as higher green‑coffee costs and softer single‑serve trends weighed on the segment.

The results come as Keurig Dr Pepper continues to integrate its 2022 $18 billion acquisition of coffee giant JDE Peet’s and prepares for a planned separation of its coffee operations and other beverage businesses in early 2027. Management reaffirmed its 2026 net‑sales target of $25.9‑$26.4 billion and a low‑double‑digit adjusted EPS growth outlook. Shares rose roughly 2% in pre‑market trading, up about 10% year‑to‑date.
