Keusote consolidates assistive device service points

Keusote is consolidating its assistive device service network. Starting August 31, 2026, services will be concentrated in three central locations: the Hyvinkää H-hospital unit, the Järvenpää health center, and the Nurmijärvi health center.

These service points provide free loans of mobility and daily living aids, such as walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, toilet risers, and shower chairs. Residents of the Keusote area can visit any of the three locations without a referral or prior appointment, with customers served on a first-come, first-served basis. A physiotherapist is available at each site to assess needs and assist in selecting appropriate equipment to support rehabilitation and daily functioning.

Note that these service points do not provide medical supplies, such as sleep apnea equipment, diapers, or diabetes care supplies; those must be ordered through medical supply distribution.
