Kev Adams stars in new French comedy ‘La Maison de nos rêves’

The French comedy ‘La Maison de nos rêves’, directed by Claude Zidi Jr., was released in theaters on October 7, 2026. The film stars Kev Adams and Camille Aguilar as a young couple, Benjamin and Amélie, who attempt to purchase a beautiful lakeside home through a ‘viager’ contract.

The couple’s plan relies on the assumption that the elderly seller, Nicolette, played by Chantal Ladesou, is in fragile health. However, after the contract is signed, Nicolette experiences a surprising recovery in health, turning the couple’s real estate dream into a comedic nightmare of unexpected complications and misunderstandings.

This marks another collaboration between director Claude Zidi Jr. and Kev Adams, following their previous work on ‘Maison de retraite 2’. The film is distributed by Pathé films and has a runtime of 1 hour and 28 minutes.
