Colombian striker Kevin Angulo, 18, has left América de Cali to join the Belgian club Club Brugge on a one-season loan.

Angulo will begin his European career playing for Club NXT, the developmental affiliate of Club Brugge that competes in the Belgian second division. The move is intended to provide the young attacker with playing time and the opportunity to adapt to European football while working toward a position in the professional first team.

During his tenure with América de Cali, Angulo appeared in 28 matches across Liga BetPlay, Copa Colombia, and Copa Sudamericana. His notable performances included scoring a brace during a 7-0 victory against Boyacá Chicó on August 2.
