Kevin De Bruyne's family faces privacy challenges in Naples

Michèle Lacroix, wife of footballer Kevin De Bruyne, has described the significant challenges her family has faced following their relocation from Manchester to Naples. Lacroix noted that the intense football culture in Naples has resulted in a lack of privacy, stating that De Bruyne is unable to perform routine tasks like going to the supermarket due to constant public attention.

The family has experienced a difficult transition, having to leave behind their established life, schools, and social circles in Manchester. Lacroix described the initial months of the move as “super heavy,” noting that the children have had to adapt to a new language and environment where English is not widely spoken.

While the family is gradually adjusting to life in Italy, Lacroix expressed a desire to eventually settle in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium, once their children are older and football is no longer the primary priority.
