Rapper Kevin Gates will headline the Hot 107.9 Birthday Bash, a major hip‑hop concert scheduled for Friday, October 16, 2026 at the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana. The event will also feature southern rap legends Bun B, Slim Thug, New Orleans rapper Rob49, Louisiana duo Mouse & Level and local act Wochee, with DJ Sexy Lex serving as host.

Tickets are priced at no more than $100, with an artist presale on July 29, a venue presale on July 30 and general‑public sales beginning July 31. Organizers expect strong demand for the concert, which they tout as one of the biggest hip‑hop performances of the year.
