Kevin Hassett Defends Trump Economy Amid Poll Showing 77% Discontent

Brown countered with a recent poll in which 77% of Americans said economic conditions were poor – the lowest rating of the Trump administration’s second term.

Hassett argued that real incomes were rising and said the economy performed better than under previous presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden, emphasizing that voters ultimately judge based on their personal financial situation.
