Kevin McHale honors Cory Monteith during Broadway debut

Actor Kevin McHale has made his Broadway debut in The Rocky Horror Show, taking over the role of Brad Majors. In his official Playbill biography, McHale included a tribute to his late Glee co-star Cory Monteith, writing, “For Cory, his forever Brad.”

The dedication holds significant meaning as Monteith previously played the character of Brad Majors during a musical episode of Glee in the show's second season. On the morning of his first performance, McHale shared on X that he was reminded of Monteith by the songs he heard while eating breakfast, noting, “That’s my Brad.”

McHale, 38, recently completed a run in the off-Broadway production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. His Broadway debut was attended by friends and family, including fellow Glee alum Alex Newell.
