Kevin Nash discusses career focus on WWE Championship

Professional wrestling legend Kevin Nash shared insights regarding his career goals and championship priorities during a session on his podcast, ‘Kliq This’. Nash stated that his primary objective was to become a WWE World Champion, which he viewed as a symbol of professional standing within the industry.

Despite holding the WCW World Heavyweight Championship five times, including a notable victory over Goldberg in 1998, Nash admitted that he had little interest in pursuing world titles from other organizations such as TNA or the NWA. He noted that once he achieved his goal of winning the WWE title, he felt he had reached the status of a world champion.

Nash also reflected on his memory of past victories, noting that while his 1994 title win against Bob Backlund remains a clear milestone, he often watches footage of other championship wins from his career that he has no personal recollection of.
