Kevin Nash praises WWE star Oba Femi

WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash has expressed strong support for Oba Femi, identifying him as a future major star for the company. Speaking on the ‘Kliq This’ podcast, Nash highlighted Femi’s improved character presentation, noting that the wrestler has refined his entrance from a cartoony style to a more composed, ‘cool jazz’ version of his original persona.

Nash also commented on Femi’s recent interactions with Paul Heyman, interpreting Femi’s refusal to join Heyman as a sign of growing confidence and independence. Nash compared Femi’s presence to a ‘Lion King’ figure, suggesting a combination of strength and likability.

Femi has had a significant first year on the WWE main roster, which includes winning the 2026 Men’s King of the Ring tournament and retiring Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.
