Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes Join Big City Greens Season 5

Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes have reunited for a new project, appearing in the animated series *Big City Greens* rather than reprising their Jay and Silent Bob characters. In season 5 they voice a pair of malnourished coyotes named Dave and Ricky who attempt to infiltrate the farm animals on the Green family’s property.

The fifth season, created by Shane and Chris Houghton, is scheduled to debut on August 21 2026 on the Disney Channel. The guest lineup also features Megan Stalter, Chad Michael Murray, Dylan Sprouse, country singer Luke Combs and author Stephen King, who will play a version of himself.
