Kewin Sasak works to regain form after shoulder injury

Kewin Sasak is working to regain his competitive form following a long period of inactivity caused by a shoulder injury. After avoiding surgery, the attacker for Bogdanki LUK Lublin and the Polish national team has been reintegrated into the squad by coach Nikola Grbić.

During a recent European Championship match against Israel, which Poland won 3-0, Sasak played nearly three full sets. While he contributed in blocking and serving, his offensive efficiency remained low, recording only six points from 21 attacks, a 29 percent success rate. Sasak noted that while he feels physically well, regaining his previous hitting strength requires more time.

Other players also saw significant action during the match. Jakub Nowak played a full game in the starting lineup, showing high efficiency in attack, while Kamil Semeniuk and Wilfredo Leon also contributed to the victory. The team continues to manage various player rotations as they seek to find their optimal rhythm.
