Keychron Nape Pro opens reservations in Japan on Aug 7

Keychron and Gizmode Japan’s co‑developed trackball device, the Keychron Nape Pro, will begin accepting reservations in Japan on 7 August 2026, with general sales slated for 28 August. The product, marketed as a wireless trackball mouse that can be operated without leaving the keyboard’s home position, follows a highly successful crowdfunding campaign that raised over ¥1 billion within 12 hours and surpassed ¥4 billion in total sales.

In Japan, reservations are handled by Copeck Japan, and the device will be sold through a wide network of retailers, including Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera, and various Tsukumo and Unitcom stores. Overseas reservations started on 30 July 2026, with roll‑out to other markets expected in mid‑August.
