Keysight Technologies reports record Q3 revenue and orders

Keysight Technologies reported record results for its fiscal third quarter ending July 31, 2026, driven by surging demand for high-speed network design and testing tools. Total quarterly revenue rose approximately 37% to $1.846 billion, while quarterly orders reached $2.091 billion, marking the company’s second consecutive quarter with orders exceeding $2 billion.

The Communications Solutions Group (CSG) was a primary driver of growth, with revenue increasing 43% to $1.345 billion. Within this segment, commercial communications revenue grew 56% to a record $1.006 billion, fueled in part by wireline orders that more than doubled. The CSG operating margin expanded to 34%.

Other segments also saw growth, with the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group reporting a 21% revenue increase to $501 million. Overall, GAAP net income more than doubled to $397 million compared to $191 million in the prior year period. The company reported a book-to-bill ratio of approximately 1.13, indicating that new orders are outpacing current sales.
