KEYUCA releases new Banko-yaki clay pots with non-stick coating
KEYUCA has released a new line of Banko-yaki clay pots designed to be easier to clean. Produced by Uchiyama Seitojo, a long-standing manufacturer in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, the pots feature a three-layer structure. This design combines traditional clay with a ceramic coating to prevent food from sticking, making them easier to wash after use.
The new collection includes a 9-size pot suitable for 4 to 5 people and a smaller 6-size pot for 1 to 2 people. These products are dishwasher safe and compatible with direct flame on gas stoves.
