KFC launches free chicken wing promotion for football season

KFC has launched a digital promotion offering a free 10-piece bucket of Double Crispy Hot Wings and two sauces with any digital order of at least $15. The offer is available through the KFC app or website until September 21, 2026. To qualify, customers must be members of the KFC Rewards program, and the $15 minimum must consist of qualifying food items before taxes and tips.

The promotion arrives as the NFL season begins, intensifying competition among quick-service chicken chains. KFC positioned the offer as having “no limited spots,” contrasting it with recent limited-availability promotions from competitors like Wingstop. Other chains, including Applebee’s and Church’s Texas Chicken, are also running seasonal wing-related deals to capture the increase in game-day food demand.
