KGM Musso EV electric pickup debuts in Czech market under 900 kCZK
South Korean automaker KGM has launched its first fully electric pickup, the Musso EV, in the Czech Republic. The model is offered in front‑wheel‑drive (FWD) and all‑wheel‑drive (AWD) versions, both powered by an 80.6 kWh lithium‑iron‑phosphate battery. The FWD variant is priced at 899 900 CZK (including VAT) and can travel up to 420 km on a single charge, while the AWD version costs 989 800 CZK and is rated for a 379 km range.
The Musso EV can tow up to 2.3 t (AWD) and carry a payload of 500 kg, making it suitable for work‑site applications. It includes a V2L (vehicle‑to‑load) function for external power, a 12.3‑inch digital instrument cluster, a matching infotainment screen, and advanced driver‑assist features such as adaptive cruise control and lane‑keeping assistance. Early deployment includes a volunteer fire‑fighter unit that has been equipped for emergency response.
KGM positions the Musso EV as a cost‑effective, zero‑emission alternative to conventional diesel pickups, aiming at private owners, businesses, municipalities and technical services seeking a practical electric utility vehicle.
