Khamzat Chimaev defeats Tyron Woodley at RAF Moscow

Khamzat Chimaev secured a dominant victory over former UFC champion Tyron Woodley during the main event of the Real American Freestyle (RAF) gala in Moscow. Competing in a 195-pound catchweight bout, Chimaev controlled the match from the opening seconds.

After neutralizing early attempts by Woodley to attack the legs, Chimaev executed a counter-attack that lifted Woodley and brought him back to the mat. Chimaev then stabilized his position and pinned Woodley's shoulders, leading the referee to call a pinfall victory just 1 minute and 34 seconds into the first round.

Following the match, Chimaev dedicated his win to the memory of Bulatzat Saitiev. He also noted that he has another match scheduled in two weeks, specifically mentioning a scheduled bout against Gilbert Burns in Miami on September 18.
