Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Company has introduced its Sanest Mooncake 2026 collection, featuring 11 distinct flavors designed to blend traditional Mid-Autumn elements with modern tastes. The collection highlights the use of natural bird's nest essence from Khanh Hoa islands combined with premium ingredients such as sea cucumber, abalone, roasted chicken, and various high-quality nuts.

To cater to contemporary dietary trends, the collection includes vegetarian options, specifically mixed vegetarian baked mooncakes and five-nut vegetarian baked mooncakes made entirely from plant-based ingredients. The product line is available in three standard weights: 90g, 120g, and 200g, with packaging ranging from premium drawer-style boxes to elegant traditional square designs.

Nguyen Thanh Hai, General Director of Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Company, stated that the collection aims to preserve national cultural heritage while showcasing the culinary artistry of local products. The 2026 packaging features traditional motifs including lotus flowers, full moons, and bird's nest islands set against red and gold backgrounds.
