Khanh Hoa tax authority adds eTax Mobile query feature

The tax authority of Khanh Hoa province in Vietnam has issued guidance for using the eTax Mobile application to submit and monitor tax‑obligation issues. The upgraded app now lets individuals, sole traders and household businesses with eTax Mobile accounts send queries in five categories – land tax, registration fees (excluding real estate), business tax, wages and other taxes. Users log in, select “Tax payment”, choose “Search” and “Submit all”, then use the “Send feedback” option to attach documents and submit their query. Responses are provided within ten working days and are indicated by a colour‑coded button (red for processing, green for answered). The feature is intended to increase transparency and timeliness in tax administration and help taxpayers meet their obligations to the state budget.
