Khanh Hoa woman uses loudspeaker to demand 100 million VND debt repayment

In Khanh Hoa province, a woman identified as Ms. H. T. T. used a loudspeaker to travel through her village playing music and broadcasting messages to demand the repayment of a 100 million VND debt.

According to Phuoc Dinh Commune Police, the dispute arose after Ms. T. lent the money to another local resident, Ms. L. T. K. L., for business purposes. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to recover the funds, Ms. T. resorted to using the loudspeaker, playing a remix of the song ‘Pay My Debt’ to publicize the matter.

Local authorities intervened, noting that the behavior disrupted public order and security. Police summoned Ms. T. to the station, where she was required to sign a commitment not to repeat the action. Officials advised her to resolve the matter through civil litigation in court to protect her legal rights.
