Khawaja Saad Rafique urges government and protesters to engage in dialogue

Khawaja Saad Rafique, a senior leader of the Muslim League (N) and former federal minister, has called for dialogue between the government and protesters. In a message shared on X, Rafique urged both sides to move past ego and factionalism to find solutions to the country's challenges.

He emphasized that the state should take the initiative to prevent loss of life and property. Rafique noted that Pakistan is currently struggling with inflation, unemployment, injustice, and terrorism, and stated that the common citizen is suffering to the point where living has become nearly impossible. He warned that failing to address these issues promptly could lead to long-term national consequences.
