Khải Hoàn Prime targets South Ho Chi Minh City market amid rising property prices
Real estate prices in South Ho Chi Minh City are reaching new peaks, driven by significant infrastructure advancements. Key developments include the completion of the Ben Luc – Long Thanh expressway, the Nguyen Van Linh – Nguyen Huu Tho intersection tunnel, and various planned metro lines and bridges.
Market reports from JLL and Savills Vietnam indicate a rising trend in high-end apartment prices. In the second quarter of 2026, the average primary price for high-end apartments in Ho Chi Minh City reached approximately 98.1 million VND/m², a 10.5% year-on-year increase. In some luxury segments, prices have reached between 200 and 300 million VND/m².
Amidst these rising costs, the Khải Hoàn Prime project is positioning itself as an accessible option in South Saigon, with prices starting from 66 million VND/m². The project is currently nearing completion and is scheduled for handover in the second quarter of 2027, offering buyers the ability to inspect physical progress and model units.
