Khloe Kardashian reveals she has not been sexually active in four years

The 42-year-old star shared this information during a conversation with hairstylist Chris Appleton, who had been discussing the romantic life of Kim Kardashian.

Khloe noted that Appleton is often stunned by her lack of sexual activity, comparing the reaction to how people might treat someone with leprosy. When Kim Kardashian suggested reconnecting with a former partner, Khloe dismissed the idea, describing her list of past partners as ‘the bottom of the barrel.’

In the episode, Kris Jenner jokingly suggested that Appleton should sleep with Khloe to address his concerns, a suggestion Appleton jokingly accepted. Khloe’s last major relationship was with Tristan Thompson, which ended in 2022.
