Kühne+Nagel raises annual guidance following strong Q3 results

Logistics giant Kühne+Nagel has raised its full-year 2026 guidance following a significant increase in third-quarter performance. The company reported a 22 percent increase in net sales, reaching 7.39 billion Swiss francs, with currency-adjusted growth also at 22 percent.

Growth was driven by a 37 percent surge in air freight revenue, fueled by demand for logistics solutions related to semiconductor and cloud infrastructure for the AI boom. Sea freight also saw a recovery, with currency-adjusted revenue rising by 20 percent due to volume increases and market share gains on Asian and transatlantic trade routes.

Operating profit (EBIT) rose by 53 percent to 435 million Swiss francs, while net profit also increased by 53 percent to 316 million Swiss francs. The company is now targeting a full-year EBIT of between 1.5 and 1.6 billion Swiss francs.
