Kühners Wirtshaus to reopen as club restaurant in Daxlanden

The Kühner family is reopening ‘Kühners Wirtshaus’ as a club restaurant at the SG Daxlanden sports grounds in Karlsruhe-Daxlanden on August 30. Chef Marcel Kühner, who has long-standing ties to the local football club, decided to transition the business model to a club-based establishment to better balance professional responsibilities with family life.

The new location will maintain the previous concept of serving Bavarian specialties with a local Baden dialect. To ensure the venue remains affordable for families and youth on the club grounds, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. The existing restaurant in Rüppurr will continue to operate in parallel until November.
