Khánh Như to feature Đông Hồ folk art at Miss International 2026

Runner-up Khánh Như is preparing for the Miss International 2026 competition by integrating Vietnamese cultural elements and community service into her journey.

For the national costume segment, she will wear ‘Vũ điệu Đông Hồ’ (Đông Hồ Dance), a design by Nguyễn Thị Thu Thảo. The outfit is inspired by the ‘Thiên hạ thái bình’ (Peace Under Heaven) folk painting and features peacock imagery to symbolize nobility and prosperity. The design aims to translate traditional folk art into a contemporary fashion language for an international audience.

Alongside her pageant participation, Khánh Như has launched the ‘Digital Wings’ community project. The initiative focuses on providing technology access to disadvantaged children. During a recent visit to Bác Ái Tây Primary School in Khánh Hòa, she donated 10 computers, 1,000 notebooks, and 20 schoolbags to support students' education.
