Khyber Pakhtunkhwa mandates registration for tour operators

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tourism Authority has mandated the registration of all tour operators and travel agents within the province. A formal notification has been issued stating that providing tourism services, operating tours, or running travel agencies without official registration is strictly prohibited.

To ensure effective monitoring and regulation of tourism services, the authority has directed all unregistered entities to complete their registration immediately through the designated online system. Authorities have warned that strict legal action will be taken against those operating without registration. Additionally, tourists and the general public are advised to avoid using unregistered services and to report any illegal operators to the relevant authorities.
