Kia and Hyundai expand Indian automotive portfolios with new models

Kia India has commenced pre-bookings for several new vehicle variants, including the Carens CNG, Carens Clavis CNG, and the Carnival Limousine Hybrid. The new Carens CNG models will feature a factory-fitted 60-litre tank, specific engine calibration, and modified suspension. These models are intended to expand Kia’s multi-powertrain strategy in the Indian market by offering alternatives to traditional petrol and diesel engines.

Simultaneously, Hyundai Motor India Limited has launched the Lounge Edition for its Creta, Alcazar, and Creta Electric SUV models. These editions focus on enhanced passenger comfort and premium features, most notably including an 11.6-inch rear seat entertainment system with gaming and streaming capabilities. The Creta Lounge Edition features a Golden Bronze exterior scheme and matte black alloy wheels, while the Alcazar version includes a voice-enabled panoramic sunroof and a five-seater layout option.
