Kia launches Black Edition and 2027 models for Sportage, Sorento, and Carnival

Kia has announced the launch of the ‘Black Edition’ special trims and the 2027 model year updates for its flagship recreational vehicle (RV) lineup, including the Sportage, Sorento, and Carnival.

The Black Edition trims are based on the top-tier ‘Signature’ trim and feature exclusive design elements such as dark metal and glossy black exterior materials, specialized wheels, and black suede headlining. To enhance the digital experience, Kia is providing exclusive display themes via the Kia Connect Store.

Simultaneously, the company introduced the 2027 model year versions of these vehicles with improved safety and convenience features. The 2027 Sportage now includes a 12.3-inch navigation system and highway driving assist as standard across all trims. The 2027 Sorento has added 100W USB-C ports to the first-row console and seatbacks, while the 2027 Carnival now features LED rear combination lamps as standard and 100W USB-C ports across all three rows.
