Kia rolls out EV2 Black Line and Sportage Black Edition while Xpeng launches P7+ in Italy

Kia began production of the EV2 Black‑Line at its European plant in Žilina, adding a long‑range 61 kWh battery that promises up to 418 km WLTP range. The model features black‑chrome exterior accents, 19‑inch wheels, a dark‑toned interior and advanced infotainment and driver‑assist systems.

In Austria, Kia introduced the Sportage Black Edition, a trim that emphasizes dark styling with black badges, roof rails, mirrors and 19‑inch black alloy wheels. Prices start at €35,290 for the 150 PS 1.6‑litre T‑GDI engine, with an all‑wheel‑drive 180 PS version offered at €40,990. The edition includes leather‑like seats, ambient lighting, a 31.2‑cm panoramic display and seven‑year OTA updates.

Chinese EV maker Xpeng announced the arrival of its P7+ fastback in Italy. The vehicle is assembled in Graz, Austria, and will be sold in three variants: RWD Standard Range (€46,170, 455 km WLTP), RWD Long Range (€52,170, 530 km), and AWD Performance (€57,170, 500 km). All models feature an 800 V architecture, a 5‑year/120 000 km warranty, and complimentary charging credits. The launch marks Xpeng’s third European‑built model.
