Kia unveils all‑new Seltos SUV in Indonesia
Kia Sales Indonesia organised a "All‑New Seltos Driving Experience" that took journalists from Jakarta to Bogor, covering toll roads, climbs, curves and city traffic. The event was used to demonstrate the all‑new Seltos, which features a refreshed exterior with Star Map Signature Lighting and a Digital Tiger Face, a larger cabin equipped with a Trinity Panoramic Wide Display, Dual‑Zone Auto Temperature Control, leatherette seats with ventilation, a Bose premium sound system, wireless charging, remote engine start and tire‑pressure monitoring.
The model is built on Kia’s new K3 platform, the first vehicle to use it. According to VP Operations Harry Yanto, the platform provides a more spacious interior, reduces noise, vibration and harshness, and uses high‑strength steel for a stiffer chassis that improves safety and handling. President Director Jong Sung Park said the chosen route allowed participants to feel the improvements across varied road conditions. Pricing will be announced at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show in 2026.
