Kia unveils fully redesigned 2027 Telluride SUV
Kia has introduced the 2027 Telluride, a fully redesigned three‑row SUV that is slightly longer than its predecessor and offers an upgraded interior with more passenger and cargo space. New features include dual wireless charging pads, an X‑Pro suspension with higher ground clearance and off‑road tires, and a 2.5‑liter turbocharged four‑cylinder engine delivering 274 hp and 311 lb‑ft of torque paired with an eight‑speed automatic transmission. Front‑wheel drive is standard, with all‑wheel drive optional and standard on the SX Prestige, X‑Line and X‑Pro trims. The vehicle can tow up to 5,000 lb and provides up to 89.3 cu ft of cargo volume with the seats folded. The infotainment system uses a 12.3‑inch touchscreen and supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The earlier 2020 Telluride model was marketed as a seven‑passenger SUV equipped with all‑wheel drive and a comprehensive suite of safety and convenience technologies, including blind‑spot monitoring, lane‑keeping assist, adaptive cruise control and a variety of driver‑assist features.
