Kia updates compact lineup with XCeed refresh and K4 styling options
Kia is updating its compact vehicle lineup with developments surrounding the XCeed and the K4. The XCeed, a crossover-style model designed for the European market, has been refreshed with updated technology and design. It features dual 12.3-inch digital screens and offers microhybrid (MHEV) engine options, such as a 1.0 T-GDi 115 CV, which provides ECO labeling without the need for external charging. The vehicle offers a trunk capacity of up to 426 liters.
Additionally, the Kia K4 is seeing aftermarket interest for aesthetic and aerodynamic enhancements. The US-based company Aero Flow Dynamics has designed a suite of components for the K4, including a front splitter, side skirts, and an aggressive rear spoiler, aimed at providing a sportier appearance similar to a performance-oriented trim.
