Kia Vietnam slashes prices of Sonet, Seltos and Carens, with Sonet now under 465 million dong

Kia Vietnam announced a July 2026 promotion that reduces the listed prices of its Sonet, Seltos and Carens SUVs by 10‑36 million dong, depending on trim. After applying direct discounts, cash incentives of up to 70 million dong and optional insurance gifts, the Sonet’s starting price falls to 464 million dong, the Seltos to 543 million dong and the Carens to 554 million dong. The price cuts affect multiple variants: Sonet trims see reductions of 20‑30 million dong; Seltos 1.5‑L gasoline versions drop 10‑36 million dong while turbo models keep their list price; Carens trims are trimmed by 20‑30 million dong, making it the cheapest 7‑seat vehicle on the market. The promotion also covers higher‑end models such as Sportage, Sorento and Carnival, offering up to 70 million dong in incentives and bringing the Sportage price to about 749 million dong. Kia says the broad discounts aim to sustain competitiveness across its SUV range amid abundant supply and strong consumer price sensitivity.
