Kiana James discusses breast augmentation surgery

WWE SmackDown wrestler Kiana James has shared details regarding her experience with breast augmentation surgery. During an appearance on the ‘Ari And Emily’ YouTube series hosted by Ivy Nile, James discussed her decision to have the implants placed over the muscle rather than under it.

James explained that while surgeons often recommend placing implants under the muscle for a more natural appearance, she insisted on the alternative to avoid interfering with her musculature. She noted that despite warnings that the result might look more artificial, the choice allowed her to return to intense physical training, including push-ups and pull-ups, within three weeks of the procedure.
