Kibanna cosmos reach peak bloom in Kagoshima City

Kibanna cosmos flowers have reached peak bloom at Kinkowan Park in Kagoshima City, attracting visitors during the final day of a three-day holiday weekend.

Despite high temperatures in the region, with several locations in Kagoshima Prefecture recording summer-like heat exceeding 30°C, the flowers have flourished. Visitors, including a multi-generational family spanning four generations from a 91-year-old great-grandmother to a newborn, gathered to enjoy the scenery and picnics under clear autumn skies.
