Kichijoji to host BEERandWALK and Oktoberfest events in October

Kichijoji will host two concurrent beverage events from October 9 to October 12, 2026: the ‘Kichijoji BEERandWALK’ and an ‘Oktoberfest’ celebration at Coppice Kichijoji.

Kichijoji BEERandWALK allows participants to visit three specific areas—Harmonica Yokocho, Motomachi-dori & Penny Lane, and Coppice Kichijoji—using a pre-purchased ticket. The 3,300 yen ticket, which includes an original sacoche, enables visitors to visit one participating shop in each area to receive a set of beer and snacks. Unused tickets can be used as 1,100 yen vouchers at participating locations between October 13 and October 19.

Simultaneously, Coppice Kichijoji A-kan will host an Oktoberfest at the GREENING Plaza on the third floor. This event features German beers, traditional food, and live music by the German folk band ‘Alpina’. The festival is designed to be family-friendly, offering German sweets and juices for children.
