kickflow launches AI talent management system and expands workflow adoption

kickflow Inc. has officially released ‘Talentify’, an AI-driven talent management system designed for mid-sized and large enterprises. The platform aims to resolve data fragmentation issues where employee information, such as organizational charts, performance evaluations, and skills, is often scattered across disconnected tools like Excel.

Unlike traditional systems that add AI as an afterthought, Talentify was built with an ‘AI agent’ architecture from the ground up. This allows the system to continuously interpret cross-functional data to identify patterns such as evaluation biases, changes in employee condition, or organizational challenges. The AI is designed to support HR professionals, managers, and employees through natural language dialogue.

In a separate development, Kindai University has adopted kickflow’s cloud workflow system to digitize its student affairs department. The university implemented the software to address challenges including manual double-management in Excel, difficulty tracking application bottlenecks, and complications during personnel transfers. The adoption has reportedly reduced application errors and improved the ease of searching and analyzing historical records.
