Other symptoms that may indicate renal impairment include persistent foamy urine (a possible sign of proteinuria), swelling of the eyelids or lower legs, changes in urine colour or frequency, and chronic fatigue or a bluish skin tone. In Vietnam, chronic kidney disease affects roughly 10 million people and ranks among the top causes of death, with many cases diagnosed only at advanced stages. Experts advise individuals experiencing these signs to seek medical evaluation promptly, as early detection can markedly improve treatment outcomes.
