Kids Expo Plovdiv 2026 to feature medical helicopter and emergency services

Kids Expo Plovdiv 2026 will feature a medical helicopter as a major attraction at the Bratska Mogila site from September 11 to 13. The event aims to provide children with close-up access to emergency medical aviation and insights into life-saving professions.

Various Bulgarian institutions will participate in the exhibition. The 3rd Aviation Base Graf Ignatievo will display aviation technology and equipment, while the Special Operations Command will showcase armored vehicles and canine demonstrations. The 101st Alpine Regiment is set to provide a climbing wall for visitors.

Additional participation includes the Ministry of Interior, featuring police, border guards, and firefighters. The event will also include a road safety polygon for children and an interactive demonstration call center for the National 112 Emergency System, alongside representatives from the Bulgarian Red Cross.
