Kielce hosts nationwide women’s religious retreat

The Serce Kecharitomene community organized a nationwide retreat for women titled ‘Kobieta Mężnego Serca’ (Woman of Courageous Heart) in Kielce on September 26, 2026. Held at the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, the event featured conferences, testimonies, and a Mass led by Bishop Jan Piotrowski of Kielce.

Founded in 2023, the Serce Kecharitomene movement focuses on spiritual development through the imitation of Mary’s virtues. The community aims to foster relational connections, allowing women to discuss faith freely and support one another in their respective callings. The meeting included a conference by founder Sister Maria Magdalena Sobczyk and a testimony from Anna Golędzinowska.
