Kielce launches Leśna Enklawa Baranówek residential and office project

A new mixed‑use development called Leśna Enklawa Baranówek is under construction in the city of Kielce, Poland. The project, undertaken by the Rad‑Bud group, will include ten apartments built along Sobieskiego and Czarnieckiego streets. Six ground‑floor units will have private gardens ranging from 54 to 93 m², while four two‑level units will feature roof terraces and range from 90 to 202 m². Construction began on 14 March 2026 and the development is part of a broader investment programme that also comprises office and service buildings in the area.

The project is expected to add modern housing options to Kielce’s market and represents one of the city’s latest urban expansion efforts.
