KienlongBank to close three transaction offices in digital shift

KienlongBank has announced the closure of three of its transaction offices, effective October 24, 2026. The affected locations are the Duc Hoa, Thoi Binh, and Thoai Son transaction offices.

The bank stated that this restructuring is part of a long-term strategy to transition its service model toward digitalization and multi-channel transaction development. This move aims to align the network with actual demand and the bank's operational direction, focusing on automated transaction channels and digital banking platforms like X-Digi and the KienlongBank Plus app.

Customers currently using the three closing offices can continue to access products and services at other branches or transaction offices within the same area. The bank's 2026-2030 development strategy emphasizes a multi-channel model driven by data and technology, with plans to expand the use of artificial intelligence in business and management.
