Kifisos highway traffic restrictions in Athens until Sept 1

Temporary traffic regulations have been imposed on the Kifisos highway at the Lycobrysi interchange near Athens. Night‑time works will run from 22:00 to 06:00, Monday through Friday, and will reduce the three lanes in each direction to a single lane, with the remaining lanes closed, including partial use of the emergency lane.

The measures are scheduled to remain in effect until 1 September, with additional reduced‑lane operation during the August 14‑17 holiday period. Drivers have been warned to travel at low speeds, obey road‑signage and the yellow road‑markings, and to expect minor delays, though no serious incidents have been reported so far.
