Kike Morandé and Belén Mora clash during ‘Coliseo’ premiere

During the premiere of the Mega television program ‘Coliseo’, a tense exchange occurred between judges Kike Morandé and Belén Mora. The show, which aims to select a comedian to represent the network at the 2027 Viña del Mar Festival, featured Morandé as a guest judge.

The friction arose when Mora began sharing a personal anecdote while evaluating contestant Julián Jammer. Morandé interrupted her, stating, ‘Belén, nobody is interested.’ Mora immediately pushed back, reminding him of their professional boundaries by saying, ‘Kike, I am speaking. We are not in El Muro, you cannot lecture me.’

Mora noted that while the current audience was respectful, the atmosphere at the Viña del Mar Festival is significantly more challenging. The exchange occurred between long-time colleagues who also work together on the program ‘Detrás del Muro’.
